|
Premature ovarian failure (POF) is a condition causing amenorrhea, hypoestrogenism and elevated gonadotropins before the age of 40 years. There is no ensure way to treat this disease in western medicine. Oriental medicine doctors have made reference about diagnosis and treatment of POF long ago, but also have not an efficacious remedy. So, case report about pregnancy case report in premature ovarian failure is rare in all oriental-western medicine. Two patients taken herbal medicine with each diagnosis, also herbal-acupuncture treatment, moxibustion. In result, they recovered the menstrual cycle and became pregnant & delivery.
